PRODUCTS:
Our online catalog represents only a sampling of the many fine products available from AVS for sale or long term lease/purchase. We carry many other brands and products, which are not in our online catalog due to space limitations. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, call us. We probably have just the item you’re looking for.
PRICES:
All prices in our online catalog are manufacturer’s suggested prices at the time of publication. We offer quantity discounts, specials and promotions on many products from time to time. Current prices and special quotations may be obtained by calling AVS. Prices and specifications in our online catalog are subject to change without notice.
ORDERING:
Orders may be placed in person, by phone, fax, mail or E-mail. Please list order number and description of each item, including model, voltage, size and color where applicable.
TERMS:
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Payment may also be made by cash, certified or cashier’s check, letter of credit, money orders or wire transfers. Company checks drawn on local banks are also acceptable from our established customers. Long term leasing is available for most products. Ten (10) day net terms are available to rated industrial firms and others who have an approved credit application on file with AVS. Contact our credit department for an application. On special order merchandise, prepayment may be required. Title to all merchandise is retained by AVS pending purchaser’s payment in full. Invoices not paid within our invoice terms are subject to a service fee of 1½% per month (18%) annual. Any collection costs incurred, including reasonable attorneys fees, on delinquent invoices are at the buyer’s expense.
TAXES:
All applicable sales tax will be charged unless buyer provides a valid exemption certificate. SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are F.O.B. point of origin and shipped via UPS ground when possible. If you have special delivery requirements please indicate UPS Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day, Federal Express or your preferred truck line.
WARRANTY:
The written warranty of the manufacturer is the applicable warranty on all merchandise. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
RETURNS:
A) No merchandise is to be returned without our prior authorization.
B) If we have made an error, please call us and we will take steps necessary to correct the error.
C) If you wish to return merchandise which was shipped correctly according to your order, please contact us. Generally there is a restocking fee of 15%, but there are some items which may not be returned, or items which may have a restocking fee of more than 15%. There is no credit for freight.
D) Returns must be made within 10 days from delivery date and accompanied by original invoice. All products must be new and in original cartons with all papers, accessories, cables, parts, etc. and original packing materials. Credit will not be made for any product marked, engraved, or returned incomplete.
CLAIMS / SHORTAGES:
Sign only for what you receive. All claims must be made within 10 days from delivery date. AVS will not be responsible for shortages, damages or any other claims not reported within 10 days after delivery date. Report any visibly short or damaged cartons to the delivering carrier within 10 days. File a claim with freight company and request permission from them to return the merchandise to the shipping point.
EXPORT:
Many of our products are available for use in other countries. We utilize freight forwarders to ship merchandise to most points worldwide.
